Followed all the instructions from the manual and online. Tried pairing and unpairing the remotes. Some functionality works, like resetting the apple TV, play and pause. Arrow keys, menu key, select key dont work

you may need to reprogram your remote, or, if you have your profile setup on the harmony website, reload from there

SOURCE: The Activity Menu does not appear and cannot play DVD, etc.
Reread the manaul on the remote control, or call Logitech technical support and see if they can walk you through it, or if you still have the reciept try returning it and getting another one.

Great remote but not always easy to find right category for device.
Had a look for you and sure enough the device IS listed in data base under AMPLIFIER- then select amplifier again and input vizio for make and soundbar for model and click next.Problem solved!
