Watch this funny tutorial on youtube. It's a young kid who can juggle 4
balls really well and the subtitles explain how he does it.
I like the Learn How to Juggle website as it explains tricks and shows
the balls moving at the same time.
Juggling rings are good fun. They are a mid-way step between juggling balls and clubs. And I found them really good for my kids as they don't cause injuries, so if you have more than one person wanting to juggle they can all practice together without injuring each other.
Juggling knives look really sharp but they have rounded points and blunt edges and shouldn't be too dangerous. But still, you have to be careful as you can still get injured throwing juggling knives and should only practice with supervision.
Fire
juggling is basically juggling with a
twist. Experienced club jugglers add fuel to their clubs and light them.
It's very important that fire juggling is done in a safe place, with safety
equipment at hand and with supervision.
Juggling scarves are really good for beginner jugglers. They float through the air and are easy to catch. Experts recommend that young children learn to juggle with scarves as they are much easier to catch than balls and then they can move over to balls when they have better hand eye co-ordination.
Watch
this YouTube video for a really good guide to juggling that breaks down one
