Hello, monique & nttncbnks at this case go again at your mail address there you will see forgot password click there then change your password by answering questions which you gived yahoo in case you forgot password after successfully changing password make sure you changed your answers and this time put an uncommon answers that somebody can't guess! Also include your phone number or alternal email for avoid future problems. Thanks
