We have Harvest Moon on Nintendo DS. We have a kitchen upgrade and all the pots & pans etc but we are unable to make the curries that the girls apparently like because we don't know where to find the recipes.

You probably won't be able to return it to the seller. The time period for returns probably expired at this point. You may want to try calling Nintendo's tech support at this site: http://www.nintendo.com/consumer. This site has access to Nintendo's tech support areas. 1.take it to best buys and try to get it fixed.
2.have you ever heard of the geek squad well you should probably send it there.
3. if neither can help trade in your ds/ds lite/dsi for a new one!
Try changing the backup of NDS to FLASH512kbps...it's in the emulation
setup. The same thing happened to my Harvest Moon: Island of
Happiness.. When I changed the backup, it loaded my game..hope that
helps
