SOURCE: DRYER SQUEAKS REALLY BAD UNTIL WARMED UP
I took apart the dryer, cleaned and greased the bearing that had no grease left at all(therefore I assumed no easy movement) and it worked.

The belts rarely squeal in a dryer and don't get wet, never need cleaned. What you describe sounds like possibly worn out drum slides on the front of the drum housing. Maybe even worn out felt seals. StanStihl has a good point about the idler pulley and drum rollers might need a drop of oil on their bearings. Just a drop or two though, too much and lint can build up on them.

start at the back its probably a sqeaky belt take back panel off and u should be able to access it if not u might have to dig a lil deeper no big deal
