Need drawings for capresso ultima 121

A 4in internal hose fell off, but can not find where it belongs. Now no water goes through the coffee, but I can hear it flowing inside. An diagram would show where the parts fit.

I don't know where this tube goes, either. I emailed Capresso asking where it belonged, but their reply was to give me their service number, so that they could arrange for service. Apparently not considered a user-serviceable part. Sorry.

Is it white or green? the two green tubes in the ultima 121 are for carrying water. although I do not see one which is 4" long (they are longer). White tubes are used to protect the smaller clear 1/4" tubes (hot and under pressure)

I have an Ultima model #121. I haven't used it in a year and tries to this morning. Water comes out the bottom.

The first thing to check is the seating of your water tank. Just a few grains of coffee grounds or dirt underneath the tank are enough to break the watertight seal. Make sure the area under the tank is absolutely clean.

That's always worked for me when I've had the leaking problem.

Why does my coffee maker Capresso Team GS leak water?

Hello, what I have found is the most common cause of water leaking out of the bottom of the capresso team coffee maker is a leaking silicone hose that runs to the boiler (See the photo below with the split in the hose). The replacement silicone hose needs to be safe for beverage dispensing, food & dairy processing, taste and odor-free, with a temperature range of -75? to 350? F. All you need is a sharp pick, a phillips screwdriver, and a pair of needle nose pliers. Remove the four rubber pads on the bottom using the pick. Use the screwdriver to remove the six screws holding the bottom plate on. Remove and replace "BOTH" hoses using the needlenose pliers to pinch the hose clamps. Better to play it safe while you have it apart. If one is bad the other is likely not far behind. I hope this helps. acccadfd-0d5d-4c31-b1b9-a56192db9bc2.jpg

Leaking water

If it's clean water which runs out, check the hoses going from the water tank to the pump then through the boiler to the brew group. If coffee is running out instead, then it's the spout going from the brew group to the cup. I know Saeco's not Juras but they all function the same way.

Capresso Ultima 121 rubber tube placement

I have the exact same tube that fell out of mine. Does your still work? I assume it has something to do with baffling the air intake for the frothing area.

Capresso told me the only way to buy it is the $90 entire top assembly.

Carousel will not turn

You can order a new carousel from Capresso. It's $90, though:

http://www.capresso.com/pdf/order-ultima.pdf

Make sure the lever is up when turning the carousel, and keep the button at the back of the machine depressed while screwing the carousel onto the unit (and while taking it off the unit). I think the positioning of the button point at the beginning of the carousel replacement process is also important:
