Okay so I have a Motorola RAZR HD and i cant seem to put my music on it, but I was able to before. I have a memory card thing in it and every time i connect it to the computer it wants me to download the software that is already on it. I didn't have a problem with this till after I had the update on my phone. I don't know what to do.

motorola phone tools is not required. You can use the device plug and play just like any removeable drive. if you connect the phone via usb or bluetooth you shoudl be able to go to my computer and access the new removeable drive to drag and drop files between the phone and computer.
Motorola phone tools is synchronizatiuon software. It allows you to synch up your outlook calander and address book with the phone as well as stransfer files and create ringtones. costs about $30.00 though

Here's what you do;
go back to the store, smack the clerk upside the head for giving you bad advice, and trade the 4gb for a 2gb.. (or the razr for another phone). The V3m doesn't support SDHC cards; only SD ones. SD are 2gb and below, while the HC (high capacity) are 4gb and up.
Sucks, doesn't it..
