What is a transmission pan leak and does it cost a lot to fix

While the tech may have been honest and trying to help, it could be he was hoping to drum up some (expensive) business. The trans pan leak is the easy one as the pan has to be removed to replace the filter, so replace filter, fluid and pan gasket and this should be fixed. The brake wheel cylinder leak is a different issue altogether and if it really is leaking you should have this fixed asap. which may require rebuilding both rear brakes. Oil leaks from engine can be very small or large, as can power steering leaks. Suggest you may want to have a second opinion unless you have dealt with this tech before and have complete trust in him.

Series3 .i have oil coming out of the handbrake drum,i refilled the transfer box,is there a oil seal or gasket leaking?

YOUR REAR BRAKES ARE ALSO YOUR HAND BRAKES, BUT YOU DIDNT SPECIFY IF THEY WERE DRUM OR DISK BRAKES.....CHECK THE SEAL ON THE CYLINDER ....ON DRUM BRAKES YOU MAY NEED A NEW ONE.
IF YOU HAVE DISK BRAKES, CHECK THE CALIPER (THE THING THAT SQUEEZES THE PADS ON THE DISK) YOU MAY HAVE A LEAK THERE....OR TIGHTEN THE NUT ON THE BRAKE LINE...... YOU ALSO FAILED TO MENTION IF YOUR BRAKE FLUID CONSTANTLY NEEDS REFILLING. IF NON OF THESE APPLY, CHECK FOR AN OIL LEAK OUT OF THE CENTER OF THE HUB, WHERE THE SEAL WOULD BE..IF THERE IS, THERE ARE YOUTUBE VIDEOS EXPLAINING HOW TO RESOLVE YOUR PROBLEM, DEPENDING IF YOU HAVE DISK OR DRUM BRAKES. GOOD LUCK.

Speedqueen does not wash clean. Always white fluff on clothes. Is there a filter to clean

Clean you 'lint filter' - see your instruction booklet or if you don't have it google your washing machine model and see where the lint filter is and how to clean it. It's usually a small pouch on top on the steel drum that you have to slide out and clean.
Hope this helps.

Hi i have a speedqueen awm373w-3062 have noise on

Hello.

Loud noises coming from a Washing Machines are most often caused by loose objects inside the unit or by a broken dryer belt. The Washing Machines belt allows the dryer's motor to run smoothly. Continuous wear and dry conditions may cause the belt to dry out, eventually Washing Machines cracking and then snapping. This will cause a loud noise within the unit. Repair and fix the dryer belt of a Washing Machines to get rid of loud noises.

Instructions And Things You'll Needed to solve the problem.

Screwdriver ,Replacement Washing Machines belt

1 Stop the Washing Machines and look inside the dryer's drum for any loose objects such as coins, pens or anything else that may have been in a pocket of clothing. Remove the object and restart the dyer to determine if the noise has stopped.
2 Unplug the Washing Machines from the wall outlet to disconnect all power to the unit.

3 Remove the lint trap from the lint compartment on the top of the dryer.

4 Remove the screws that hold the top panel in place. Pull the panel off to access the
dryer belt.
5 Tilt the dryer forward and lift the dryer drum to remove the belt. Check the Washing Machines belt. A belt that is worn, cracked, split or broken will cause loud noises.

6 Slide the old belt off of the drum and pull it out to remove it. Take note on how it is positioned over the drum.
7 Install the new belt. Lean the front panel away from the Washing Machines and slip the new belt over the drum. Locate the position of the old belt and slip the new belt following the old belt's position ensuring the grooved side of the belt faces down. Push the idler pulley towards the motor to allow you to slip and loop the belt around the motor pulley.
8 Place the top panel on the Washing Machines and screw it in place.
9 Open the Washing Machines door and use your hand to rotate the drum counterclockwise a few turns to ensure the belt is secured.
10 Plug the Washing Machines into the wall unit and begin use .

Wheel is locking up on 88 ranger

U need to pull the rear drum off to see what's going on. Check to see if the brakes and drum look wet. There may be a leak in the brake cylinder or axle seal. The leaking oil/brake fluid can cause what u describe. Does this happen all the time, or only after using the brakes for a while? If there is some type of fluid leak, it needs to be fixed, and your should replace the brake shoes and all hardware. Let me know what u find, or if u need further help.
