Most frideges get all their cooling from the freezer. There will be a fan and duct in the back of the freezer that pushes cold air down into the fridge. If the duct is blocked with ice or the fan motor has quit. Your freezer will work fine but the fridge will barely cool at all. Check that the fan runs when the compressor is running, ( turn both temp knobs to the highest cooling and leave door open until comp. comes on). If the fan runs your duct is plugged. If not you need a new " Freezer Fan Motor". Most are simple to replace and cost around $100.00.
Whenever the fridge is open it gives 19 beeps actually. In your case even when it is closed it is giving 19 beeps. This is the problem with control board. The control receives the signal when closing the door and stops the sound.Check the wiring connection to and fro the control board to the door.Control board costs high. This is small problem you can just unplug the wiring connection to the door to the board instead of spending more.

Sounds like the fridge is set inside a tight space and with the the compressor running all the time, a lot of heat is generated. Suggest checking the compressor cooling fan and if needed be, add another fan blowing into where the compressor is in order to get the heat away from the heated area.
In most cases when the freezer is working and the fridge is not it is the freezer fan. It is a small fan that blows cool air from the freezer in to the fridge compatment. Most of the time it will be toward the top of the freezer on the back wall.
Please check the model number again, I can't locate that number. The number should be like for example 194.258978
Look at following areas for the model number
Beneath Or Inside Food Compartment On Cabinet Frame
On Plate Lower Front Or Rear Of Cabinet
Beside Compressor Door On Right End
Near Rear Of Cabinet
Inside Liner At Top
