Clear your browser cache, then if you are using IE, click its File menu and make sure Work Offline is unchecked.

With wireless connected, internet explore is not working

Hi, if the wireless is working and the status icon on the bottom right shows connected, speed and signal strength and internet explorer is not working, do the following to make sure if it's problem with internet explorer or wireless connection:
click on start > run > cmd, click ok
type: ipconfig. it should show your ip address. Also type for example: ping www.google.com
if it pings successfully, you have internet connection. Refresh your internet explorer or close it and reopen. Also you may want to log into any instant messenger such as yahoo. I hope this helps

I am trying to connect to the web with my new sylvania ce netbook and it has the right password in it I click the internet icon says connecting the shows up unable to connect. Can you help me or should I...

Using the Personal computer to arrive into network requires turning on the device that would have a password to display the system windows. After the computer turns on though would have required a computer user password or possibly not, locate an internet explorer icon whether example; google, mossilla fox pro, chrome, netscape, internet explorer, are just network interface where network features would show up on. 2. clicking on the internet icon should require a password if built to require user pass before joining a network. 3. The password would possibly been disabled in some instances, where for example clicking on the internet explorer icon should simply display a page welocoming the network required. For example, if the internet explorer icon is clicked showing display page momentarily, then www.Google.com is typed in the search space of the page displayed, a connected network should show another page displaying the features of the page or site google show mometarily after search space has been click. An unconnected network would always display a message or network unavailable or internet not setup and requiring establsiment. The most situation would be a message communicating the cause of network malfunction. if the computer has a network subscription plan, for example a provider that has promised to network the computer in question for fees, where would have provided the computer user an installation kit either software to install on the computer to be linked to a network. The computer with networking defaults would turn on completely only after which just cannot network into another setup when a page is clicked onto it. Simply, ask your network provider for further assistance.

The following are network providers to contact for subscription and technicallities involving computer telecommuncation.

Cricket wireless services
AT & T wireless services
T-Mobile wireless services
Verizone wireless services
Pocket commication services
Trac wireless services
