Fuzzy screen with lines on desktop computer

Dear Debbie,
Greetings from New Zealand! Try a different monitor & see if fault still exists...If not the monitor, then could be fault in box...either hardware or software....(???maybe interference from other devices in home/nearby???) Your may need to install/replace video card - if you have one? (I THINK that if it is a fault in the all-in-one motherboard type of video that a separate "PCI" video card MAY solve it?) I hope that these suggestions help?! 'b'ye - Bruce.

Hello, When i on my lappy,it didnt start directly as usual and it will be suddenly off. And i need to on again and again by using Last Known Good Configuration or start your laptop in normal...

Press windows Key third key on bottom left and press R key at the same time. Type last known good configuration in box and hit run. This should clear it or you can set it back to a known last configuration as by date and time you knew it was working properly.

Hello Two days ago web images and logos on this PC/monitor started becoming fuzzy/pixelated. Also, web pages load slowly. Problem is seen with different browsers also. Desktop environment appearance is OK....

1)Go to Control Panel>Appearance and themes>display>settings>Make sure your screen resolution is set to more than 1024X768 and millions of colors.
You didn't download an accelerator for a modem, did you? If so, that is usually how the accelerator works, by deducting pixels from graphics. If that is the case, go to your accelerator and choose use original image settings. The other place we need to look is in browser settings and internet connections. See pics below. Make sure that compression settings are not too high.
2) clear your cache, cookies, and history.Instructions differ, but go to control panel>network settings>internet options. You can also check on your internet connection.
Lastly, if you have been making graphics for the web with Adobe, or another web program, make sure that you haven't changed your view settings in an effort to conserve memory in your editing programs. Sorry if I gave you redundant advice, I couldn't find your first post. Thanks, please continue to leave comments if your situation changes.

Text and graphics are totally different, so browse through you internet settings to make sure that you didn't accidentally changed something. You can choose reset original tools/option settings in browsers and Adobe if you are not sure where the problem comes from.
