How come the water only comes out of the shower head but does not come out of the part that fills up the tub then whenever I pull the switch in the tubs facet?

I think that the switch that lets you change the water to come out of the shower head and the bathtubs water spout is broken and needs to be replaced. Or it could be stuck then and needs to be unstuck.Have a plumber take a look at the water taps switch part then to see if it needs replacement or needs to be unstuck.

Silver cloud mspa, keep getting E1error code then it turns off,iv got new filter in place & dont know what the problem is,please help.....

Be sure that the fuel filter is properly installed. A tiny leak on the side toward the tank can cause this. I have also seen one case where a user replaced the filter without getting the flare nut unstuck, so that he twisted the fuel line enough to restrict the fuel flow. Putting the filter on backwards can also cause this.

Speed queen washer filling slow

The rubber of the filter stick to the hose due to time and heat of the water. Try to move "wiggle" it with your fingers to get it unstuck. Can even use the handle of a teaspoon for more leverage but try not to damage the rubber seal as it will not seal proper again when connected the tap. Clean with a nylon brush. If found impossible to remove, leave it as installed but immerse the hose end with the filter in a half cup vinegar for a hour or so to dissolved the chalk residue. Brush again with a nylon brush. Chalk remover can also be bought over the counter - same as the tuff sold to clean chalk inside electrical kettles. If every thing failed sit down with the hose end with the filter in one hand and a thin but strong/stiff piece of wire in the other hand and pry open each hole formed by the grid of the mesh.

Filter wont come off

Hi Vikki sometimes it needs a little force especially if you have never opened it before. Just gently tuck and pull and move it from side to side so it can become unstuck. After a little while it should become lose enough for you to unscrew it. Just a little word of warning ... it would be advisable to put a towel down on the floor as well as far under the machine you can before you do it. A lot of water will come out when you take the filter out. Hope my advise helps.

My Whirlpool ice maker suddenly stopped making ice. No water going into ice tray. Applied heat to fill tube, no luck.

look behinnd ur refrigerator u will see a blue solenoid valve with e wires on it take the wire off of it and put ur meter leads in the wires and see if u r getting any power to the wires leave the m,eter leads in and try rotating the ice arm around by hand and see if u get any power as u do this if u do then put the wires back on and see if u can feel the solenoid open up when u rotate it if it opens and water starts coming out then u may have had the arm on the ice maker stuck now that uve got it unstuck it may work ok now but if u never get any power to the solenoid then u probably need to replace the ice maker hope this helps

Screw top stuck

Sit on the top, and pull on the handle very hard. It will pop off, and most likely not break.
Then you will need to take the nut off with some pliers, and glue it back into place.

Most likely some water got into your filter at some point, and it rusted. Making it nearly impossible to screw out. So when you turn the top it spins the nut instead of screwing out. Mostly due to the circular type nut that Honeywell poorly chose.
