This is a technical problem beyond the basic programming functions of the phone such as you would find in a user's manual. It requires support from a phone technician. The LCD screen of my DTerm80 was showing a "CAMP-ON" message along with someone else's name. I fixed it by pushing the "Exit" button then the second softbutton, under "Clbk", then the first softbutton, under "All". I received the message ""CLEAR CALLBACK CAMP CANCEL"

Press feature; press 9; press #; use key pad to change time; press recall to change am/pm; press feature again to when time correct; new time should show.
Press the "Speaker" button and enter 728 on the key pad. Then enter the correct time in 24 hour format. For example at 2.56 p.m. type 1456. Then press speaker again and you're done
