Drill master, model 93440 battery needed

I have a Drill Master 3/8", 18 volt electric drill, item #93440, bought from Harbor Freight tools. The so called Ni-Cd batteries I bought with the drill were not the best. Now the batteries are shot. I used them very little. I need the batteries. The Batteries never had a separate identity number other than "18 .0V".

Your best bet might be to rebuild those NiCd batteries if they cannot be revived. It is possible to revive NiCds by using 2 good batteries or a high power DC source of about 40 Volts. The details for reviving NiCd batteries are all over YouTube. I suggest you watch a few before attempting to do this. Results are mixed. They may come back almost 100% or they may be done for. In that case you will need to rebuild with new cells. Harbor freight tools are throw away tools. They are cheaply made and have poor support.

SOURCE: makita dc1804f charger will not charge new i-mh 1834 18v battery

I think your tryiong to charge NIMH batteries oon a charger designed for Lithium Ion batteries. With all the new style batteries such as NICAD, NIMH and LI-ION, charging becomes difficult. Most chargers pre NIMH and LI-ion, were designed for NICAD's. The best advise, match your batteries with the correct charger

SOURCE: Very little juice in freshly charged batteries

have you tried the batterys in any other tool?

you would also need to check the voltage of the batterys they should be at least 18 volts (19 prefered)

then if the batterys do not show charged you would need to make sure the battery charger is putting out voltage.

After that contact your closest Ryobi service center we would check that for free to let you know what you need, I am sure you local place would do the same.

I need 2 carbon brush for a 1/2 hammer drill model 94436 brand drill master.

http://manuals.harborfreight.com/manuals/94000-94999/94436.pdf

The link above is for the manual. There is a phone number at the bottom of some of the pages for technical assistance. Harbor Freight tools are sometimes difficult to get parts for. Either that or you can take the drill to a small tools repair shop and see if they can match the brushes up.

Where to get replacement batteries for mastercraft maximum 10.8 v drill?

Open up the battery container and replace the cells yourself at much lower cost than getting a new pack if you can get it at all.

Harbor freight has battery pack on sale often and for about 13 dollars you can get an 18 volt pack with 12 separate cells. Swap those for your old worn batteries and you are good to go.

Do you have to grease the Hilton Te72 hammer drill

I'm guessing you do! I just bought a Harbor Freight Hammer Drill (which probably isn't as expensive as your Hilton but I won't be using it that much so I wasn't going to buy and expensive one!) but there is a reservoir with a cap that they provided a little tool to remove. once removed, the pocket is filled with grease and it says right on the Harbor Freight drill to replace the grease after so many hours of usage. One thing I did notice when I was using the drill was that it would get really hot at the chuck...where the drill bit is placed. I opened the cap and the grease was pretty much gone so I put more in there. The grease they gave me seems to liquify when it gets hot and runs out the chuck. So if you have the same symptoms of this grease leaking out when the drill get's hot..my guess is you need grease too! Look online for you model and see if they show you where to put it...if you need it that is?

Looking for some spare parts for this hammer drill...Is there any kind of web store or whatever that can ship worldwide spare parts for this machine?

It is very hard to find parts for tools made in China. There are many look-alikes all with different names. They could, however share parts. If you look on ebay searching "sds roto hammer" you will see many hammers that look similar, different colors. Take a look at the hammer listed below. It is a harbor freight tool. The parts may work. If you have harbor freight in your city, take a look (or on ebay). To order parts for harbor freight tools, look at manual for tool selected, there will be an 800 number to call.

Harbor Freight has a kit that has them in it and most industrial tool supply companies have them. It's a security screw. there are many kits availably with an assortment of bits in them. Drill Master has a 100 piece kit that's pretty cheap. Item#91310

WHERE CAN I GET A REPLACEMENT CHARGER FOR A GREATNECK DRILL?

I have to be the bearer of bad news. These are mass produced to give you the lowest price possible. They are made in Keorea/Taiwan and unfortunately do not make replacement parts. These are sold to any company that pays enough to put their name on it. Shop force makes the same drill and several other brands. So when something goes bad you have to replace the entire drill (only comes in the combo pk). You can't buy seperate pieces. Try shop force or Master craft. They're similar to what you have. Found one on Ebay. IF you keep looking you can probably find a seller with just the charger. Good luck
