I am trying to load programs from old xp to new I am trying to load programs from old xp to new xp. I get explorer version update not compatible, Then old computer has newer version than new computer. Can...

You cannot upgrade (as you say load ) from Windows XP to Windows XP. You simply cannot do this and there is no point in doing it as I explain. You can upgrade Windows XP to Windows Vista easily. In the case that you want to keep Windows XP and want to enjoy better security and new features than what you do is you go to "My computer" icon and right click it and then take properties of it. The new page that will open you carefully check for these SP1(Service Pack 1), SP2 (Service Pack 2) or likewise SP3.
If you do not find any (SP)Service Packs than according to your requirement you can download and install SP1 or SP2.
Caution: The third level service Pack for Windows XP is SP3. Microsoft has declared that it is not for everyone. I strongly discourage you to install SP3 unless you have a strong requirement for it. After that you can put your XP on normal regular updates from Microsoft.

Good Luck!

Cannot install business plan pro version 11.0

Windows XP Service Pack 3 (SP3) The latest version of Business Plan Pro 11.0 will install and run in Windows XP with Service Pack 3 (SP3).
If you're installing the software from a CD, you may not have the latest version and could encounter a message during the installation that indicates you need Windows XP with Service Pack 2 installed. Downloading the latest installer from our website will resolve that problem.
Resolution
Take the following steps to download the latest installer and use it to install our software:
  1. Click the link below to go to the Software Download page of our website:
    http://www.paloalto.com/download_software
  2. Enter your Business Plan Pro 11.0 serial number and the email address you use for registrations, then click Go
  3. Accept the License Agreement and click the "Continue to Downloads" button.
  4. Once you reach the downloads page, you should be prompted to either Open or Save the installer file. Choose to Save this file to the Desktop of the computer.
  5. Once the download completes, choose to Open or Run the file to install the latest version of the software on your computer.

On March 6, 2008 Microsoft released Service Pack 3 (SP3) for Windows XP. Service Pack 3 contains all of the important Windows updates from previous service packs as well as additional updates that were released after Service Pack 2. To install Windows XP Service Pack 3 from the Internet on a home desktop computer use the Windows Update feature. CAUTION: If you have an HP Pavilion, HP Media Center or Compaq Presario desktop computer that has an AMD processor, your PC might encounter a startup problem after installing SP3 (or SP3 will not download from Windows Update). Messanger Failure while loading Media Center Setup Wizard

SP3 issue. you can uninstall SP3 and then hide it so that you will continue to receive other updates. Every 2 weeks you should unhide it and try another install. If problem persists you may need to reinstall OS from disk. Follow directions closely so that you won't loose any files.
