I'm just gonna assume something for a second. If your motherboard has onboard sound, meaning, if you can plug your speakers/headphones into a port on the motherboard that is not your soundcard, then you need to disable that through the bios. You might be able to use both at the same time. However you will have to manually tell it to use that soundcard and so it is kinda just easier to just disable the onboard on. And default to the soundcard.
What do you mean.. it can't take it?

You can use just about any WATT power supply. The demand of wattage is limited to the use of each item that the computer needs to operate correctly. So you can't blow out your system if you install everything correctly and properly. So you could install a 1Giga Watt with safety. Make sure that the power supply that you get fills the needs of your video card.. Reference the video card box for the proper Power supply..
If you are asking about external card reader it is usually connects to USB, for the built-in's it connects to internal USB on motherboard. According to your motherboard's picture http://pclab.pl/zdjecia/artykuly/khedron/780G/perspektywa-1_1000.jpg internal card-reader connects to the one of these salad green plugs on the right bottom. Each pin has the meaning written on it. Be careful not to mismatch. Here's the standard diagram http://www.808.dk/pics/k7s5a_usb1.gif
