My HTC T8788 Windows phone suddenly stopped working. I get the following message on the phone and nothing else. I tried to sync it with Zune but Zune does not recognize it. Any suggestion on what to do? Message: Storage card not working Your storage card has changed, is damaged, or is non-compliant. To fix this, turn off your phone and either remove the storage card or replace it with a new compliant card. then you'll need to reset your phone to the original factory settings. To reset your phone, refer to the owner's manual emergency turn off

Windows Phone bluetooth do not support files transfer. Take a look at the supported profiles by Windows Phone 7:

Hi @fmarcoux260496. I have some troubleshooting steps for you that may get HTC Sync working again!

On your PC, go to Control Panel and click "Add and Remove programs" in Windows 7 and Windows Vista or "Programs and Features" in Windows XP. Double click HTC Sync and choose "Repair."

If Repair does not work and you still get the error, reinstall HTC Sync. To do this, click on "HTC Sync" and then click "Change" or "Change/Remove" and follow the on-screen instructions. Do this for "HTC BMP USB Driver," "HTC Driver Installer" and "Adobe Air" as well. Once that's done, go to http://www.htc.com/ca/support/amaze4g-videotron/downloads/ and download and install HTC Sync. It is under the heading, "HTC SYNC 3.0.5579 FOR HTC AMAZETM 4G ' 15.12.2011". Complete instructions can be found by clicking "More." This will also install the newest HTC drivers and the newest compatible version of Adobe Air.

After you've finished installing HTC Sync, connect your phone to your PC via USB. Select "HTC Sync" from the "Connect to PC" pop up on your phone, and the phone will search for and open HTC Sync!

If you're still seeing the error message, disconnect your phone and perform a soft reset, and then re-connect the phone to your computer. To do a soft reset, just turn the phone off and remove the battery for one minute, then re-insert it and turn the phone back on.

Download Zune software from HERE . Now sync the contents ( pictures , music ) . If you are connecting the phone first time , it will go through the relationship setup , here make sure you select sync all ( for music , pictures , videos ) . This will sync your contents automatically to the computer without asking you . If you have already setup your phone with zune , then click on " settings " , select phone and change the above there .
Now you will have to hard reset the phone . Here is how you do it
With your phone powered off, press and hold the VOLUME UP and VOLUME DOWN buttons. While holding the volume buttons, press the END/POWER button briefly and then release it. When you see a warning message on screen, release the VOLUME UP and VOLUME DOWN buttons. Follow the instructions on the screen .
Once you hard reset , you have to start over again and then connect the phone back to zune and there you go , you are back to square one .
