HP business inkjet 1200 printer does not print footers
HP business inkjet 1200 printer does not recognize the end of the page correctly when passing thru the printer thereby not printing the bottom margin for my footers.

Some of print heads may be failed.First clean very well the contacts on the print heads and printer using piece of cotton and some alcohol.If not help look which color don't print and replace that print head.
Most web pages are in color. Your web browser adds black headers and footers. I would suggest printing a test page to make sure the unit produces color correctly. If not, you can force the output to be in black and white, which should be legibile.
On Windows, go to Start>Settings>Printers and Faxes, then right-click on your printer and open the Properties page. There should be a "Print Test Page" button at the bottom.

Could have a corrupt driver. Disconnect
the printer or at least be sure it is turned off. I'd do
both and when the CD software program asks you to connect the printer
to the USB port, do so and it should again work properly.

Does it go through the motions but no ink is getting to the paper? Does it stop part way? I need to know more details as to what it's doing or not doing, please. Thanks.
If the printer is new, then maybe the printer catridge nozzle seals have not been removed and so the catridges are not being detected.
If it has been working before and then the problem starts, look at which light is blinking because the paper and catridge lights are different. So check wich light is on and get to me for further instructions. thnx
I have a HP Business Inkjet 1220 Printer, and the block ink cartridge light is flashing. I replaced the cartridge with a brand new one, closed the door, and black ink light is still flashing. I put in another neew black ink cartridge, closed the door, and same issue- black cartidge ink light flashing. I cannot print- what to do?
