SOURCE: SUBWOOFER NOT WORKING?
if you have real old wires from the amp to the sub try getting new wires on it. check the little wires that go to the cone itself on the sub. sometimes they can manage to get pulled out of their terminals and make sure that thier touching the terminals on the correct spot
SOURCE: JBL Eon 15 Blown Fuse
These fuses are most likely 3 Amp fuses. Please note that if the replacements blow as well, that there is a problem within the amp section that will require repair.

try this it may help do you have a frend that you could swap amps with just to test (put your amp in a working system to check yor amp) as it could be a number of things it could be no out put from the head unit or a break in the rca cables or dare i say it but the amp could be blown it may even be speaker cable from amp to sub or the remote not working have fun !
SOURCE: fuse blows
Both 3 or 4 amp slow blow fuses are suitable replacements for the 3.125 amp subwoofer fuse.
It could be that the subwoofer is blowing the fuse because the one you installed was not slow blow.
But, more likely is the subwoofer has a short in the power supply which is causing the fuse to blow.
