The letters of the document when printed are wavy

Uneven printing. When I print up my journal, the printing comes out wavy. I have cleaned and done all the options that I know about which isn't that much, sad to say. I just don't know how to get a clear print out and stop the waviness.

Have you tried copying on the printer, will it also print wavy as well?

Because if you can copy fine and you cannot print properly using your printer it might be your computer. Why not use another application or program on your computer. In that case you can compare which has the issue.

Program such as MS Word, Powerpoint, Paint, Photoshop, etc

My journal tape is not printing.

Another common print problem with laser printers is light print or uneven print density across the page. This is caused by low toner. Take out the cartridge and gently rock it side to side to redistribute the toner. Then simply put it back in the printer, and you're good to go.
This can happen when you install the tape cassette leaving the ink ribbon loose, or by pulling the printed label out by hand. If the ink ribbon has not separated from the cassette, you can fix this by winding the toothed wheel and reeling the ink ribbon.

If all else fails, might need an update.https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/3162655/windows-journal-application-for-windows

My printer will print email, photo copy but not print letters i have done

Hi Sally,

Try to print a self test page ( printer page ) and check if black is printing fine.

Sometimes the printers accept the cartridge but will not print unless the ink is calibrated and aligned.

HPC4480 printing emails in font size 3 or 4 prints letters etc without any problems

Usually emails are compressed in such a way that they take very little space therefore their font sizes are always small. Due to this before printing you are supposed to increase the font size before printing is done otherwise the prints are bound to come out small like font size 3 or 4. The best way to do this is to increase the size of the display before printing is done. you can increase the display size by using the ctrl and + keys. Press down the ctrl and press the + accordingly and the display will become bolderdo this to the document print preview before printing.

HP C4280 printer always prints with a shadowed letters, especially with the black ink. i think it started when i was installing a new cartridge and i didn't insert it at the correct angle, so i may have...

Black printer ink in HP Printer may fail to be recognized by the printer. Most times an error message will be sent indicating that something is wrong with the black print cartridge. Sometimes the printer may accept to print with the black ink, but the printouts may have horizontal lines and very illegible letters. In such a case a manual cleaning of the print head should be carried out. In doing the manual cleaning, one should spray Windex heavily on paper towel and wipe off the surface of the print head.

My printer has stopped printing the letters onto the dvd properly

1. Remove lid/top
2. Move blue lever left or right to unlock ribbon roll
3. Loosen ribbon or tighten as needed -
NOTES: If ribbon roll is too tight it will show wrinkles; it should look smooth if positioned correctly; if too tight it will not print portions of some letters; keep re-positioning if this does not work after first try.
4. Use flat-head screw driver to adjust front uptake (used) ribbon-roll as needed to make it smooth too. Lift out & re-position, if you need to.
THIS WORKED FOR ME but I had to re-do my re-positioning of both rolls several times before it began printing 100% of letters again. 4bb240d8-5e9d-4611-9ca4-33b5883e40b9.jpg 5a5b4381-7ee8-480f-943e-041aa738011d.jpg c86d59ae-1b7e-4755-b895-08007064e847.jpg Journal Kentucky Lexington Monitor www jklm us

How can i print the last fax i received

Most fax machines delete the fax data once they are successfully printed out, so I very much doubt this can be done, unless your machine has been set to store received documents(very doubtful). You will be able to print the journal which shows the fax traffic....no of pages, date/time/duration/number etc. but that?s about it I'm afraid.

Sending print job from pc to IR5000 prints with missing letters

I doubt it's the copier, sounds more like a application or board problem, my first suggestion would be to re-install the driver. the other would be to target the hard drive or memory/ mother board of the network of the copier
