Obviously I haven't seen your specific suit so I can only answer with general guidelines but your shoulder pads shouldn't come out any wider than your shoulders. If you stand sideways against a wall, the shoulder pad shouldn't touch the wall before your arm does. Generally you should trust your gut instinct and if it doesn't feel right when you look in the mirror, you won't be comfortable in it.
