I would contact YorkFitness.com directly since their are a multitude of equipment that is world wide and it is difficult to track and have manuals for so the manufacturer is always the better bet.

Kettler Ergometer XTR1 making squeaking noise when using it. It comes from front portion, tried all possible things but squeaking only increases

Kettler machines are known for it.

sometimes you can fix it this way. In the place where you use it, slacken off the frame fixing bolts, give the cross trainer a bit of a shake and then tighten all the bolts up again. The helps to put equal pressure on all the parts.

Kettler Sirocco cross trainer. The resistance has gone completely and I'm trying to remove the covers so I can see what has happened. I've removed all the screws but still cannot remove the covers.

Tim, I am not familiar with this piece of equipment. Try the link for your manual it may have some info. Good luck. You can also try google search for your make and model # assembly manual.

Someone gave me a Kettler Condor Cross trainer elliptical machine. Does not have any books with it. Don't need assembly manual, need to know how to turn on and off. Can anyone help??

I have had a lot of success searching manufacturer's websites for User's Manuals. Nearly all have them online in PDF format, A second source would be the Sears PartsDirect website.

Check for a small adapter hole on the bottom side of the keypad/control console.

Press the keys> stop+enter +quick start in sucession and go with key down up, until the error presss SELECT, for to quick star to clear the error log. Anyway read your instruction manual.
