Setting the ring tone and ringer volume You can choose one of the four different ring tones and set the ringer volume. To set the ring tone and volume: 1. Make sure that the ringer is turned ON. 2. Press the Set Options key. 3. Press the down arrow three times or press [3] to go directly to the item. 4. Press [3] and follow the instructions on the display. When picking the ring tone, press the volume bar to adjust the volume. 5. Press [Save] to end when you are satisfied with the ring tone and ringer volume.

I had the same problem with mine. when I would go to tone settings every time I tried to hit ring tone it would turn off the phone and restart, by the way in ring tone it was blank. No matter what I did it wouldn't work. So I went to settings then restore factory settings entered the code. It reset the factory settings, then when I went back to tone settings the ring tone said Nokia Tune so I hit enter and it gave a list of all other ring tones, then it worked so my phone finally rings.... Hope it works for you.

Go to tone settings to check if your ringing volume has been turned off or it is very low.

If the problem persists after this check then the ringer/speaker of your phone is faulty an it should be changed.

go to settings manu and then go in profile select general and personlize the profile and set ringer volume and tone type loud

message alert tone (pick tone)
instant message alert tone (standard)
keypad tones (on)
warning tones (on) this is for the alarm and ringtone this is where your problem is so double check these settings ok
alert for (all calls)

6 Press Save, then press [OFF].
