2nd R4 Card doesn't work

may be your r4 card is broken, how about you format the sd card and try to re-down load the game again? If it still doesn't work, there will be some problem with it.

The S6 works with SD cards. Your 4GB card is actually an SDHC card and will not work with your camera. You need to use SD cards, 2GB and smaller.

4GB "SD" cards are almost always actually SDHC (high capacity) cards. SD and SDHC cards fit the same slots, but they are slightly different electrically. Many cameras won't work with SDHC cards. SDHC is not backwards compatible.

DO NOT go for 4GB and beyond. I had purchased a 4GB SD Card but my DMCFZ20 camera did not support it. It has worked fine with 2 GB.

The original R4 card only works with Micro-SD cards up to 2GB in size. To use Micro-SD cards up to 32GB, you need to buy the newer R4 SDHC card or a Nintendo DSi comaptible card. Check out R4 Cards / R4 DS Cards from DSCardWorld.com or NDS-Gear.com (NDS-Gear is probably better if you live in Europe or Canada as their shipping's slightly better internationally).

The Z740 supports only MultiMediaCards & SD Memory Cards. 4GB and larger SD cards are usually SDHC (Secure Digital High Capacity) types - and bear the SDHC mark on the label. These cards are not compatible with this camera. Use only MMC and SD cards. SD cards are 2 GB and under - although *some* 4 GB cards are marked as SD too; these cards may or may not work. If you purchase a 4 GB SD (not SDHC) card, make sure that it can be returned if it doesn't work reliably in your camera.

The original "R4v2" card will only work with Micro-SD cards up to 2GB. However, R4 SDHC and R4v3 cards WILL accept 4GB cards and above.

If you are looking for a reliable place to buy DS and DSi cards from that will stock originals, I'd recommend using http://www.NDS-Gear.com (I've used them myself). They test every card before sending which means you won't receive dud cards, and more importantly they have support before AND after your purchase by people who reply very quickly and in perfect English. Some of these dodgy websites take 4-6 weeks to deliver and never answer e-mails, so I'm glad these guys are different. Oh, and they guarantee to dispatch by the next working day, which always helps with speed and all. And they're recommended by a lot of the DS card help sites, too.

The R4DS should work until 2GB, thats what I heard off. Try changing your card.

Try reformatting the card to fat i think, then put the files(must be latest version, 1.18) onto the card. Should work.
