My wirless router became unplugged and now I can't use internet

The Canon is trying to connect to a wireless router or wireless access point which is connected to your computer network. Your Sprint 3g device is a wireless broadband device for Internet connection and cannot connect to the Canon using this device.
You need a wireless card that connects to the wireless router or wireless access point.
Otherwise you can connect to your printer using a printer cable.

Sounds like there is an issue with bandwidth on your internet connection. Either you have a lot of sisters using your bandwidth, your ADSL connection is on the slow side, or both. Your Xbox isn't getting the bandwidth it requires to operate smoothly.

There are ways to configure your router to allocate bandwidth to connected devices in proportions that you set. You could have 70% and they have 30%.

Also check that they're not watching streaming video or downloading stuff at the same time you play. Alternatively just hide their laptops. :)

WPA is the key needed to access your router wirlessly

it might be asking for a WEP password in order for you to use it which is on the botom of the router or the game sistem is the one causing the trouble and should not be conected to any wirless or eathernet internet routers.

There is a wirless icon in the botom right corner of the screen right click it and say view all wirless networks. lock for the one you own say conect it might ask for a WEP password which is located on the botom of the router that is if you did not change it from the defult.

Have you tried username 'admin' and password 'password'?
These are for the actual router.
Ifit's the wep/wpa wireless encryption password, then you need to go intothe router's domain page, it'll be something like 192.168.0.1 (or192.168.1.1 or 192.168.2.1 or 192.168.0.2) and enter admin andpassword, and then, usually under the Firewall menu, it'll say ResetFactory Settings. You can reset it and your wireless network should nowbe unsecured and you'll be able to connect to the internet wirelesslywith any device.

PS If all these numbers are doing your head in, just typewww.routerlogin.com into the URL box and it'll take you straight toyour router's domain page!
You can also go back into that page and set new passwords for encryption and also for passwording the actual router too.
Write them down this time! :)

You should not need the CD for having a PC to access the internet. If you have the manual - Look at accessing the router with http://192.168.0.1

Not sure what you are trying to do... Are you trying have your sister be able to access the internet, through wireless? I'm sure I can help with some more info.

Just remove the router and reinstall it. it will ask you for new Base name Etc and new wirless network name with new security key codes.

Cable modems and routers must be turned on in a specific way. First, unplug both the router and modem. Next, plug the ethernet cable from the modem, into the cable router, and unplug the cable from the modem to the computer. Next, turn on the modem, and wait for all of the lights to stay static (usually there's 4 lights, the main one we're interested in, is the status light). Next, plug in and turn on your router. You should now be able to access the router and configure it for your internet connection.
