A repair manual can only be found at a asrock dealer.

They will probably not give that to you.

If the mainboard is dead, the solution is to buy a new.
It will cost to much to let be repaired.

Hi,

Try to reset the CMOS, remove the Battery on your motherboard, its like a silver flat coin, or if you can locate the RESET Jumper, just move the jumper to short. Then try booting-up your system again.

SOURCE: Reset A Bios of Asrock mother board

go to the following site
http://www.asrock.com/mb/manual.asp?Model=K7S41GX&s=462

download the user manual(not quick installation guide) and check page no 7 or content 1.3 to get the jumper pins to reset the motherboard.
just short those pins and the cmos settings will be gone.

another simple method is just remove the battery and wait for 5 min and again plugin the battery.
thats it you motherboard is resetted to factory settings.
