The fans are not normally repairable, but there is no problem obtaining replacements.
On a double oven, there are usually 2 fans fitted.
There is an external cooling fan usually fitted on the top of the oven, you would have to remove the top cover of oven to access it, and possibly the rear panel as well.
Then there is the fan fitted in the main oven compartment.
If you open the oven door as it is working, you should be able to determine if it is the fan oven or the external cooling fan that is the cause of the problem.
If you determine it is the fan in the oven that is noisy, then to undo the fan blade assy, you have unscrew the nut clockwise to remove it. as opposed to the normal way of undoing a nut.

My oven fan has recently started to make a very loud rattling noise for around 30 seconds once every few minutes while the oven is turned on in fan mode.

The fan needs be cleaned and lubricated. To do this: Turn off stove/oven. Remove fan cover plate. Remove fan. Clean and lubricate the shaft bearings with 3 way oil. Install fan and cover plate.

Bottom Oven Fan on Whirlpool AKP951 not working properly

Sounds like the fan is locking up and not turning all the time. If it is a howling sound the fan will have to be replaced.

My whirlpool oven (model rbs305) makes a loud noise whenever it is on. I can't figure out if it's the fan, or just extremely loud.

Hello,

I would suspect that the blower is noisy its what i would expect to potentially make noise ...if fits in the back of the control panel and it comes on to cool the control board each time the oven is on.

In case it turns out to be the blower thats noisy the part number for it is W10176670

Whirlpool double oven has a loud fan when baking

There will be some noise from the fan, but it should not be excessive, if it is really loud, then this is an indication that the fan is failing, and should be replaced ASAP.

OVEN MAKES A LOUD NOISE WHEN IT IS TURNED ON. IT SOUNDS LIKE THE FAN IS HAVING TROUBLE TURNING OR SOMETHING.

This indigates worn or tight fan motor bearings, if it is a built in oven , then it could have an external cooling fan in addition to the oven fan, so you will have to determine which one it is.
Usually it means having to replace the offending fan motor, as lubricating only provides a short term solution.
Hope this helps.

The fan in the oven is really loud and making weird nosies

It could be worn motor bearings, a loose fan, or the fan blades catching the cover.
You are going to have to remove the cover over the fan to determine exactly what the noise is.
If it is worn bearings, then only solution is to replace the fan motor.
