What drivers do you want to download? There are not drivers for Linksys router. It works on a software called as firmware? How many wireless computers do you have? What is the operating system on your laptop? If your wireless network is secured then make sure that you have the correct network key.
You don't need any kind of installation CD. Just open your wireless connection manager on the OS you're using in your laptop and connect to your wireless network. If you need to configure the router, go to 192.168.1.1 in your web browser to open the router's configuration page.
First Check if u are Entering correct Password Plz also Check security TYPE u have Chosen for Wireless Might not work with Advanced Security Try WEP or WEP
Try again by Disabling the WEP (or WPA), MAC Address Filtering and Firewall Setting Individually. Should be a problem with one of those. Then when you receive the Signals, try to Adjust using Bottom Up method. That means one setting at a time, Hardening the Security.
Have you checked your DNS settings? Have you checked the Channels you are using? Re check them and try again.

You will need to check the wireless settings of the router . Is there any computer connected to the router with the Ethernet cable? If not then connect 1 computer to the router and open the router set up page. Once you open the router set up page, you will be able to find the wireless network key. Use that password to connect to the wireless network Click Here for step by step Instructions on how to find the network key
yes mke sure wep is correct code. make sure you home security level is the same as your laptop. have tried hooking up your laptop to the home with a cat 5 cable. we had to do this with 2 dell vista laptops. then disconnect lan and we hooked up wirless just fine. something in vista firewall settings.
Try changing the channel on the router. It would be better to isolate the problem first by trying to connect to other wireless networks on your laptop or having someone's laptop connect to your home wireless network.
