It says the yellow toner is out but is actually full.yellow toner full but it wont let us print printer says we're out of yellow toner.

Take out whole unit of toner and drum section., there are four section CMYK, open yellow section by removing two scrow, inside metal plate there is metel blade clean it , reinstall and try to print you will get excellent quality....

On the machine there is a sensor that looks trough the waste tank even though you have wiped it clean the likely thing is that the sensor cannot see through the plastic waste tank.

I suggest vacuum the waste tank out until all the toner has gone then install it. If you cannot get rid of all the toner then wash the tank out and leave to dry then install it.

If the toner is empty it will display this message and the only way I know of getting rid of it is to replace the cartridge. They do make refill kits with extra chips so you can cut the old one out and sticky tape another on. As for a clearing code I am unaware of one for this unit as the information is store in the toner cartridge.
