There is error "bblock" on zebra s4m printer printer is not detecting with pc

You can go from the setings (overigth mem - yes)
Reset to factory defult (dowload segull driver from www.seagullscientific.com)
other solution is to install new firmware (latest version) www.zebra.com

Says paper is out says ribbon is out. Both are loaded properly. Says head is open. It's not. Turned off and on. Received error code bblock v23

I am having the same issue. Please help. Not having luck with this printer. I thought it was easier to print some labels.

My zebra printer s4m is saying ALERT CLEARED HEAD OPEN, ALERT RIBBON OUT

Alert Head Open will show everytime u open the Head , when u close back the head it will show Alert CLeared Head Open, then it's normal.

Ribbon Out Show means the printer doesn't detect a ribbon, make sure there's nothing wrong with ribbon installation. if everything fine, then the problem is you Ribbon Sensor. u can try to adjust the sensor with a screwdriver ( - ), make a little bit higher

S4m menu

The password for level 3 is 1234. The password for level 4 is 9999.

BBlock is BOOT Block. The printer is not booting up the settings completely. Probably got corrupted. You will need to download the bootblock version for this printer & upload it via either USB or LPT1 port. You should contact Zebra so they can direct you to the proper Zebra site for the download & instructions. The process of the upload is no more that 15-20 minutes.
Zebra phone # is 847-913-2259 I think option 2 is tech support. be sure to have s# of printer & tell them you need to find the boot block & installation info for the S4M. Good luck.
