How do i renew the ip adress for my linksys router ?

Goto your web browser.

Enter 192.168.1.1 and put admin for both username and password.

The admin screen for your router should have a MAC address clone feature. If you enter the MAC address (which is found on the main page of the admin screen) and change the last two boxes, it will renew the IP address. Don't change the first 4 of the mac. When putting different numbers in the last two, it has to be hex (1-8 for first digit and a-f on the second digit).

Hope this helps,
