Sir/Mam open front cover. You should see to black screws loose them they don't come out then pull the plastic shaped handle and remove the hole assy. toner bottle will come with it..

reset the motherboard please press the reset button than your copier ok
open the back cover and see motherboard have a button please press it on machine power on condition

C0200: PC Drum Charge, Image Transfer/Paper Separator Coronas Malfunction.
Most probably a broken corona wire. It can also be caused by dirty coronas wich can be washed with water and soap and dry them well. If the problem persistes must look for the conections and HV1, wich suplies the coronas. GOOD LUCK.
