I discovered that my washing machine started to form mould on the door seal.over the past few months it has spread ,all around the door seal.I have looked for a drainage hole but there is not one. Is this the problem should it have a hole at the bottom of the door seal. as i have never had this with any other washing machine before.hope you can help because the mould has started to come off on to the washing many thanks
Like Maytags Neptune they had to change seal and door design to avoid mold and rust from water holding at seal, and check with your local dealer you should be under warranty still. And jack is correct, tooth brush with toothpaste or baking soda , Good Luck
Hi, has the seal been replaced?if not use an old tooth brush and clean it with tooth paste it will clean off the mould, if the seal has been replaced check around the rim for a drain holle it may have been fitted wrong, some dont have drain holes hope this helps
