Tip: The max point reward for answering a question is 15.
This is an easy fix. First go to the menu then settings, Initial Setup, Master Reset. It will then ask for a security code. The code is 000000 (six zeros). It will ask if you want to reset your phone. Hit yes.
master reset should put menus back to default. You can find instructions on motorola.com. All other settings will go back to default as well though. Double check on motos website and make sure you wont lose any data in the reset
Not being cheeky buddy but I have the same pairing are you tapping in "0000". Also go into settings and headphone or carsettings and set to auto answer.
