I have a similar problem. My t275 will only start by pushing the zone button and then the other massage buttons will work. The feet massage (automan) will not start with the remote. I called Human Touch and spoke with a hispanic woman who is so rude by the way. She right away thought my machine was "dead" and said she could not help, but I let her know that I needed trouble shooting first. She asked for my receipt! I do not have my receipt. I gave her the serial number and the manufacture date which is june 2007, and I bought the chair last year 2008. She said to find the receipt and then call back.I have a similar problem. the beeping means that the remote needs to be replaced. check the wire for bit marks or pinches. they are user replaceable. just go to the human touch website and call their numbers

Just had this problem with our HTT 800. Discovered it was the curled phone-like cord attached to the remote that had been chewed through by one of our dogs. Some electric tape fixed it right up. Still looking for a replacement. Anyone know where I can find one? A standard-size phone cord does not work with this, as it is too large.
