There are internal settings that need to be adjusted and programmed by an authorized service tech, since the Health Code requires a minimum wash and rinse temps for proper cleaning and sanitizing of the dishes, etc. This isn't something that can easily be done by just anyone and will require some technical knowledge of this unit.

You can find a Hobart commercial appliance service tech by searching your local yellow pages, under Commercial Appliance or Restrarant Equipment/Service, etc.

Here's a couple to start with in Hartford, CT

Marc's Commercial Appliance Repair - (860) 416-8103
Hartford, CT 06103

A-Able Service Co. - (860) 665-1499
Hartford, CT 06103

There are several others in the area, as Hobart is very popular with commercial kitchens throughout the region.

Hope you find this Very Helpful - Best regards!

Heat tempreture in Phaser 3200 MFP Fusing part

This option does not need to be changed unless you are getting a overheat error. If you lower the heat on the fuser this can result in image transfer on the paper leaving blotches and ruining the fuser.

When I turn on my Jackson Delta 5 it says that it is heating water, and that is all it will do. It will set like that until I disconnect the thermostat wire and plug it back in. Then it will continue the...

THIS could be your huckleberry! It is item 3 of suspects...
Also note ITEM 7, "heater delay relay"?

Disconnecting and reconnecting MAY be resetting that relay!?

ALSO BE VERY AWARE OF THIS:

BEFORE the heater element can be energized, the rinse
booster heater MUST be initially filled with water. Damage to
the heater element will occur if the element is not submerged
in water!

Rinsing cicle is not stoping.Mashine not responding to any baton. How to stop Rinsing cicle and go to normal mode? Thanks Radan

If its is only the rinsing cycle at start up you can go into the menu and turn the rinsing cycle off.
If its the rinsing cycle for the descale, it has to run out of water to finish. Then reprime the machine and it will start to heat again.

What does a thermometer symbol with up arrow mean on an shx68

Hello Jsg5,

That symbol means that the dishwasher is heating the water, bringing it up to the required temperature to properly sanitize your dishes.

This symbol can appear during the wash and rinse cycles. It is nothing to worry about. Most dishwasher will heat up the wash and rinse water, it's just that Bosch decided to add an indicator, so users would know that any delay in the wash/rinse cycle, is a result of getting the water up to the proper temperature (typically around 140 degrees F)

Even if you've got your hot water heater or hot water supply set to a very low temperature, the dishwasher will use the built-in heating element (the drying element in the bottom of the dishwasher) to heat the water.

Hope you find this Very Helpful and best regards!

Dishwasher heats but when it starts the rinse and dry cycle the heating delay light comes on and won't proceed to the next cycle

Sounds like the heating element is not working. Usually the hot water temp is OK for the wash cycle (110 to 140 degrees) but the rinse cycle asks for 140 to 160 which requires the heating element. (As does the dry cycle).
