The main problem with using a tv is the resolution you wont get the same output as you would if you used and lcd monitor, to high of a resolution and the tv wont show a picture or will cut in and out due to it not being suported by the tv , try using the pc on a output setting of 800 x 600 or 1024 x 768 and see if it does it,then if it doesnt then its your tv! try the 800 x 600 first as most tvs will support this with a vga slot in the back.

if this still happens after changing the res you might want to make sure that ur NVIDIA 9800 graphics card is working correctly and have the right drivers installed, make sure its not over heating and the card has room to breath inside the pc if your not sure try leaving both side panals of from the pc to see if its heat

Good Luck

Do your PC support the above hardware requirements?

My graphic card wont support the games with it's requirement also

Have you tried replacing your monitor or lcd with a higher resolution or configuration? If not please do so. Because even thou you have a high graphics card but your monitor or lcd does not support your hardware requirements, it won't work at all. Try using an LCD with HDMI port or a higher model of LCD that are applicable in watching videos or playing games.

Texture Freezing

download a GPU monitoring tool here.. http://www.ozone3d.net/gpu_caps_viewer/

check the temps for your video card... if it exceeds 55-60 degrees celcius. its probably heating up. try to upgrade the GPU cooling. "Palit, inno3d, galaxy" these brands usually has crappy cooling systems for their cards. Plus, the nvidia 9800 series is known to produce alot of heat.

I've had a similar problem like yours... I've had a 9800GT inno3d.. it has a crappy cooling system to i had to buy it a zalman graphics card cooling system. It solved the problem...

Compatible vid card for my foxconn P4M9007MB MOBO

You will be fine with nVidia 9800 ! thats perfect for your mobo.
Youst make sure you have enough of memory to, those games you talking about needs a lot of memory to work perfect.
I suggest you install at least 3GB memo, or even better 4GB. Thats the maximum of memory you can have on that mobo.

Here is the spec of your mobo
