Wow I hate to see that because I have one. You must have a defrost issue. Look on the backside of the freezer for noticable frost. That is an indication of something in the defrost system failing. Defrost system consists of a defrost heater, a defrost heater termination thermostat, and a defrost control. The most likely suspect is the defrost heater termination thermostat. It's job is to shut down the heater when the area is warmed enough to melt frost on the evaporation coils. I fixed one today with a defrost problem just like yours

Do you see any ice buildup on the back wall of the freezer or behind it?

SOURCE: Freezer is cold but the frig side is not???
Hi Gotzd,
If you open the fresh food side (not the freezer), and look to the upper left side you will see a plastic shroud or cover. Behind that cover is a printed circuit board (p.c. board) and a damper motor. That motor brings cold air from the freezer to the fresh food side. The whole damper assembly may need to be replaced. That also includes the cold controls for both sides of the "fridge".
