I means windows is corrupted
or HDD is bad, causing windows to be corrupted

running windows 10, just boot the PC 3 times and let the PC do the magic repair, but you never told the OS you run so...

try this first

a. turn over computer overnight and let it 'drip dry'

b. take a hair dryer on low heat and fan and GENTLY run it over the keyboard about 1 inch back and at angle

try that first and report back

next to the F1 key and the windows key (2nd upper key and second to last key) are two screws, usually under some covering. unscrew and lift top edge of the keyboard towards the trackpad to lay face down. Undo the wire ribbon by lifting the grey or brown tabs and remove ribbon and keyboard. Then install the new keyboard by inserting the ribbon on the place. Lock down with the tabs and put the plastic prongs (close to the space bar) into the laptop body first, and then close keyboard onto the final position. screw back in and thats all.
