The printer status shows i cant prit bacause there is a paper jam inside the printer. i have opened it 10 times and looked for it, yet i still cant find it. where should i looke for?
For some paper jam like this it will be better if you blow air inside your printer and make sure everything is clean and not even a small piece of paper is causing the problem. SO better do check again the inside of the printer and use a flashlight for you to see everything.

Hello,
Don't try a dozen things suggested by people online who's credentials are unknown. Go straight to the source.
I had the same issue and just went to www.samsung.com - looked up my model #, downloaded the PDF manual 86 pages and did a search for that error. It had step by step picture diagram of how to clear out the jam.
I just saved the company a few hundred on a service call to our printer sales/service vender.

I have this problem too but mine is intermittent. I believe it's a physical failure of the (likely) plastic gears of the feeding system (from when I "had" to pull a dozen pages out of the jammed feeder!)
Any physical 'trauma' like that it may have experienced? You might be like me - in the market for a new printer.

There is a door around the very back of the printer, if your printer is slightly encased in as mine is you can't see it. That is where the Paper jam 2 is

DO a powerflee
here are the steps
1) unplug all the cables from the printer including power cable.
2) press and hold the on/off button on the printer for 30 seconds (this will release all the static from the printer)
3) plug back the cables and then try

This is a design flaw with this printer. Try stretching and/or replacing the two coiled compression springs under the output flap of the paper tray. This should work for a few weeks, then you'll have to repeat the process. I stocked up on a few pairs of springs at Ace Hardware.
It's a shame, because the print quality on this printer is superb, considering the price, but dealing with this issue is a real pain. I've replaced the springs 3 or 4 times, and I haven't even used up one toner cartridge yet. I'm on the lookout for a replacement low cost color printer. I would never buy a Samsung printer again.
