2. On the Product Type, choose Archive
3. On the Familiy select Satellite
4. On the Product series choose Satellite L Series and on the Model choose Satellite L30 (PSL30)
5. On the Operating System, choose Windows XP
6. Finally click the Search button.

follow these steps when click on u r link

Product type :Notebook
Family :Satellite
Product Series:L Series
Model :L30(PSL30)
Short Model No :PSL30E

and select operating system and go down u will find drivers thats it

from the user's manual of toshiba PSL30L -00M00D (i'm using the exact same one):

Restoring the preinstalled software from the
Recovery HDD (Depends on the model you
purchased.)
About 2.5 GB of hard disk space is reserved for the recovery partition.
When re-setting up your hard disk, do not change, delete or add partitions
in a manner other than specified in the manual. Otherwise, space for
software may be destroyed.
In addition, if you use a third-party partitioning program to reconfigure
partitions on your hard disk, it may become impossible to re-setup your
computer.
1. Turn off your computer.
2. Hold down the 0 (zero) key on the keyboard and turn on your computer.
When “In Touch with Tomorrow TOSHIBA” appears, release the 0
(zero) key on the keyboard.
3. A menu appears. Follow the on-screen instructions.

You need to download the drivers for your laptop.
