I have a problem with my bios the password its asking for an administrative password and its different freom the password to enter my admin account how do i change this password or get into it to unlock the wifi and bluethooth on my dell latitude d820
You can reset the password easily by removing the battery which will clear the CMOS. If you aren't comfortable doing this, perhaps you can find someone who will do it for you. It's not hard to do, and you won't hurt anything as long as you unplug the computer and discharge any static from your body. (Just touch something metal - like the rails on your desk or something else.)

Dell Latitude BIOS Password Recovery
Christophe Grenier has written a program that will calculate the master BIOS password for Dell Latitudes from the Service Tag number. That program is available at http://www.users.globalnet.co.uk/~skynet/zips/latitude.exe.
If you cannot boot your Latitude to run this program, you can get the master password for your Dell by calling Dell Technical Support at (800)624-9896.
Dell Technical Support will request the Service Tag and Express Service Code from the bottom of your Latitude.
If you were not the original owner of the Latitude, Dell will transfer registration of the used Latitude from the original owner with only the Service Tag and Express Service Code from the tag on the laptop.
To transfer the registration of a used Dell Latitude, fill out the Transfer of Ownership form on Dell's web site.
If a user account needs to be reset, logon as the administrator or as a user with administrative access, and then follow these steps:
Click Start, point to Programs, click Control Panel, double-click Administrative Tools, and then double-click Computer Management.
Expand the Local Users And Groups object under System Tools, and then click the Users folder.
In the right pane, right-click the appropriate user object, and then click Set Password.
Type the appropriate password, and then click OK.
Click OK to acknowledge that the password change succeeded.
Close the Computer Management console and Administrative Tools windows.
The user can log on with the new password.
To Reset the Administrator's Password
Log on to the computer as a user with administrative privileges, and perform the steps
listed above for the Administrator account.
If the Administrator password needs to be reset, and there are no other users with administrative access, there is no way to recover the password and the operating system will need to be reinstalled.
or if you have not set a bios password
restart your computer you will see on your screen to press a certain key to enter bios usually the Delete or the F2 key
press and hold that key to enter set up BIOS where you can set or remove your password
this will differ depending on you computer and bios
hope this helps
