Hi, On your Audiovox ACC56 10-Disc CD Changer with a Prestige P-165/P-185 FM Modulator, the wires: black - goes to the body (-) ground (as you correctly posted); Green/white - (with a small filter box) goes to the constant/always on 12V supply such as the + terminal of your battery Orange/White - should be connected to a switched power source such as the accessory terminal of your ignition switch or to the blue or yellow wire of your head unit or car stereo or whatever wire that will have 12V+ only when the head unit or car stereo is switched on. Figured it out by taking radio lid off and following the leads:

Black/white--ground (-)
Green/white--battery (+, that is, always on)
Orange/white--ignition/ACC switched power
White--left front +
Red--Left rear +
Blue--right front +
Yellow--right rear +
Light Green--negative for front speakers
Purple-negative for rear speakers

Yellow: Constant Power (+)
Red: Switched Ignition Power (+)
Black: Ground (-)

White: Front Left Positive (+)
White/Black: Front Left Ground (-)
Grey: Front Right Positive (+)
Grey/Black: Front Right Ground (-)
Green: Rear Left Positive (+)
Green/Black: Rear Left Ground (-)
Purple: Rear Right Positive (+)
Purple/Black: Rear Right Ground (-)

Blue: Remote wire
Blue/White: Antenna wire
Orange: Running Lights
Orange/White: Dimmer Lights

Red - power
Black - ground
Blue - turn-on (switched 12 volt)
Green and Gray -- Hook to factory/aftermarket stereo for the signal.

black is ground red is power with key on yellow is power all the time blue white is amp remote wire you dont use this if you dont have amp.
