I have a lego batman game for ds everytime I get to a certain level the screen goes blank,tried turning on an off then taking game out and put back in but still goes blank pleas help.

most of the crashes are due to video problems.You need to make sure all your drivers are up to date. some levels are worse then others.like the penguin lair.turn off vsync,then turn off mirrors.and try again.if that don't help,turn off your music.
When on the main menu trey clicking on new game instead of load game and then if a screen appears saying are you sure the you have deleted the previous game save
Look in the manuel for the customer support phone number or find it at www.legobatmangame.com/support . Call them and they can see if your computer drivers and system are adequate to run the game. We had to update our drivers (online download) for an easy fix.
princesselis' solution for PC worked for my Wii. When you load up the game, go to options, and change the video settings to vertical (v) sync from off to ON. Works!! Thanks so much!
