Need replacement pan for Breadman 2200

The paddle on my TR2200C is very wobbly. Seems I recall it was a fairly smooth snug fit up til a few loafs ago (three years). Replacement paddle same. Axle and shaft in the baking pan are secure, so I'm assuming wear on the paddle shaft in the pan, which is confusing since the shaft is steel and the paddle is aluminum.

Anyway, I've looked on the web for a replacement pan assembly, with no success. Can't find any kind of parts number or customer service number for Salton, so where can I go for a replacement pan assembly?

Thanks.

The paddle for my Breadman BK1060BC has been coming off during kneading. Today, I saw some grey residue in the dough. Is the problem with the paddle, pan or both? Thanks.

I just purchased this 2 days ago and started to use it. I noticed the bread pan would wobble and was noisy during the kneading cycle. On the second use the paddle came off during the kneading cycle. Being a service technician all my life, I started to analyze the problem. I was previously surprised how loose the bread pan fitted into the bread maker and suspected there should be something to support the pan and hold it in place. I could not see anything obvious, but after looking carefully I noticed spring clips on the bottom of the bread pan, and also mating spring clips in the bottom of the bread maker. If I pushed the bread pan down fairly hard into the bread maker the bread pan would snap firmly in place. This stopped the wobbling during the kneading cycle and the paddle coming off. I could not find anywhere in the manual where it explained the bread pan must be pushed firmly down into place until it snaps in. The manufacturer should explain this to their customers on their website.

Loaves are smaller; loaf pan does not seem to stay in place but has jumped off; I have lifted brackets at side of pan and it has held pan in place but now loaves are not rising as they used to and bm....

reach in with your fingers and bend the two little clips out a little until they grip your pan snugly. Start with 1/4 " and try that. If it doesn't feel snug go another 1/4 inch.... and so on....

The kneeding paddle is no longer smooth.where can

Hi,
If the paddle is sticking it could be the sealed bearing on the bottom of the pan is sticking. Either that or the belt is loose and not allowing the paddle to spin freely.

Excessive wear between paddle and panshaft?

You can drill and tap the paddle, where it faces the flat on the shaft, and install a small setscrew. Something like a 10-32. Make sure you use a nylok screw or use a thread locking compound (available @ auto parts stores) to prevent the screw from working loose and getting into your bread! Just tighten the screw enough for a snug fit so that it can be removed for cleaning.

Worn out bread pan

I had great success in finding what I wanted for my breadmaker at http://breadmakerpartsemporium.ioffer.com/. They have manuals and parts for most breadmakers at very reasonable prices.

Breadman Ultimate TR2200C

A few years ago I think it is off the market now.
The only real problem seems to be with the shaft assy in the pan.
