I would just take it to a instore mobile phone repair man/or lady usually chinese are great at what they do not expensive .

A disabled ipad.

When you've forgot the lock screen password of your iPad tablet, you get 6 tries of the password entering. After that, the only way you could do is restore you iPad to Factory Settings, which would then no doubt delete your data and files on iPad. The lost data and files would not be backed up on iTunes then. Don't remember password for ipad

You don't need to know your password for the iPad. As long as you know the password for your iTunes account, you used to setup the account on the iPad for. Connect the iPad with the computer and open iTunes and give in the password for the iTunes account. Apple will unlock the iPad and you can setup a new pass code for the iPad.
When you forgot your iTunes password, you have to contact Apple and prove you are the legal owner of the account.

If you have an iPad with iOS 7, you can't open the iPad. After you put in the wrong pass code 3 times, you only can unlock the iPad with the correct password, belonging to the Apple ID from what only a part is shown on the screen. If you don't have the passcode nor the password Apple assumes you are not the legal owner, and you can't use the iPad anymore. If you goto an Apple store and take your iPad and the invoice with you and some ID, so you can prove you are the owner, perhaps they can help. But if you can't prove the iPad is yours, don't go there, they will not help.

The only way to unlock your iPad with a lock password, other than entering the passcode, is to restore your iPad to the original factory settings. However, all data on your iPad will be erased if you perform the factory setting restore. Therefore, you'd better back up your iPad data first when you plan to do it.

Contact Apple Support to reset the unit. You will lose all saved data on the device. Otherwise, you can answer security question through Phone Tech Support to reset your code.

You will need to restore the device if you cannot remember your password. Just connect the iPad to your computer, open iTunes and select the restore option. Be aware this will erase the data on the iPad, but as far as I know you cannot unlock it without the password.

Hopefully you have a recent backup and then can just put the data back once it's been restored.

1. go to settings - 2. go to general settings - 3. go to reset at the very bottom - 4. select Reset all content and settings. Hope that helps!

My comment above will only work if you can get into the device. If not, you will absolutely need a computer.

I bought an IPad mini with a passcode and I tried many times to restore to factory and I always got errors like 3194, I believe it was on several Windows 7 laptops that I have and I was finally able to restore to factory using a Windows 10 machine which is just crazy but nonetheless it worked.
