Hi, I got a stereo SONY,model No HCD-GN880 and I need to buy IC STK 412-150. Please let me know if you got any of the stock

Always replace both once your going to the trouble each IC is usually less than $30.

convergence output IC problem. convergence board would have to be removed - remove and replace 2 STK IC's and check the surrounding resistors. Shops usually $200-$400 Be sure to vote/rate me if this helped Thanks!

Please check does STK IC getting +22 and -22 volts supply to work properly, check pico fuses that might blew off / open, replace it and check.

Hi, the "trick" to this is you don`t need the samsung part number because the stk 392-040 is actually made by Sanyo, call this number and you`ll get exactly what you need 1-800-575-9833 there in Orlando, Fl. and only sell original Sanyo stk``s which is what came in your tv, make sure you check for burnt resistors around those stk`s before installing and powering up your set with the new stk`s, video-tek

you have proble with the convergences ICs if the tree colors are at fault then also check your power supply voltages the polarization resistors

am having stk 4392 amp board 2 channel, i want to change this two channel in to one channel. what modofication should i do

This problem is related to the Convergence controller IC called STK.It must get malfuntioning replace the STK IC with the same numer IC. But one thing is importent that there must be two IC STK's and you have to change both of them.

vin, board replacement is BIG bucks, IF it`s available, convergence IC`s are located on a large silver colored aluminum heat-sink, on the board they will be marked IK04 & IK05, they are probably STK 392-110`s or STK 392-150`s, those 2 will have to be replaced, check all of the low Ohm resistors lined up in front of the IC`s for dis-coloration, replace any that look slightly burnt with the EXACT rating or the new IC`s will fry, if you have questions e-mail me back, If you are not proficient at soldering & un-soldering and if you don`t have a good voltmeter, don`t attempt this repair yourself, BMW Rider

Yes, you can, but the -010 is the weakest IC and may not last long. I always use the -020 IC and never have problems.
