Thank you for the suggestion but I use Chrome for my browser. Maybe I should explain this better. What I mean by the wireless shutting off is I have to push Fn and F11 to turn it back on. Thank You again but not the issue. This is my Nieces and I just finished cleaning everything out and updated everything. The Netbook is running beautiful except for this stupid glitch. I had cleaned out all unnecessary extensions and Add-ons. I already have Security Essentials running on this. I've also have run Spyware and Malware programs and everything is clean. Well did both. When I did the Cleaner the wireless shut off again. I did the Drivers update and found I miss a couple. this took some time and the wireless did not shut off. I noticed something, if I have active downloading like watching videos and downloading programs the wireless does not shut off. It only happens when the Netbook is idle like I'm readin an article and then go to click on another site that tthe wireless shuts down. Yes quite a few hours looking. Fixya was my last resort. I spoke to my Sister in law and she said it never did it before .
