The manual is clear about this. There is a power failure to the bluetooth. If switching off and on (ignition switch) does not help, you should contact a dealer or a repair centre.
1. Disconnect the light green lead at power connector form ur Pioneer Player. 2. Connect above mentioned wire to direct fuse box with steady 12 V supply.
1. Check that visibility of your sister's phone is either 'ON' or 'VISIBLE TO ALL'. Not sure what the exact option should be but check that 1st.
2. If this doesnt help then check whether you can send files to any other bluetooth enabled phone. Also check whether your sister's phone can receive files from other phones. This can point out the problem.
