Evenflo aura stroller

hi here is evenflo recall list I cannot find the aura on it

I am looking for the back wheels can you help me please the model number is 1621854A.

Make sure that nothing on the bottom (near foot rest) is holding the stroller up from opening.

This is usually what happens.

There should be small levers just beside the tires on the inner edge. These should be in the up position to be unlocked.

There should be a leaver on the back of the seat at the top or bottom that u pull.
